SUMMER 2011
Well its getting close to the end, classes are wrapping up, the weathers warming up, and those old school coupes are coming out of hibernation. After 10 months of school, its finally coming to an end, class of 2011 is getting ready to graduate, class of 2012 is preparing for “senior-hood”, and for the time being class of 2014 are still freshmen so they still suck
. You guessed it its times for summer!
This summer I plan on completely utilizing the entire vacation, making sure none of the precious vacation time goes to waste. First and foremost, swimming! I have to go swimming at least 30 times before school starts again, also I plan on tearing up some waves on my jet ski. I also want to fix up a few cars and dub them, “Summer Rides” if all goes as planned I should at least get one car done. Also I plan on texting a certain someone about 10000 times.
On a productive note, I will be working a lot. I have two jobs and a volunteer position that I have to keep up with. Also I’ll be gone with my mosque for a while, and maybe wont come back the same man. Long story short I’m excited for my break, so tell me forum, what are you doing this summer?

I LOVE SPRING BREAK!
Posted by Cyd in Nails + Hammers
So this is a post by a typical college student about her upcoming spring break. One major thing about Spring Break is that it gives students a chance to rejuvenate themselves from the hectic lifestyle of being a student. Being that most students are procrastinators, it makes sense that they enjoy this time, free from all deadlines.
So apparently this year, our blog artist who we will call Sarah (to protect her identity), isn’t going home this year. Rather, she will be going to Austin. She said that she has a busy schedule ahead of her, but still is going to have time to enjoy.
So long story short, she had a good trip. She ate a lot of exotic food, like pizza -_-. She listened to a bunch of bands, and she went back home. Oh yeah, and she also slept…a lot. Okay bye now!

What do you want to do for a career after high school? How will you achieve that goal? What are you doing in high school to get closer to that goal
My ultimate goal after high school is to eventually become a doctor, surgeon to be exact. I always wanted to be a doctor since I was small, its a childhood dream. I know the path will be tough, and theres a lot of school ahead of me, but its okay. This is the way I look at it, if I’m not in school for eight years, I’ll be working for eight years, which is harder?
As a high school student I’ve taken multiple steps toward achieving this goal. I have joined CAL-HOSA and the HEALTH CAREERS ACADEMY. I participate avidlly in medical related discussions. Also I take advantage of every oppurtunity to learn more about the field.
I’m guessing this will take a lot of effort on my behalf but I think its worth it. I will strive in school to achieve my goal, eventually I’ll become a doctor. Hopefully throughout the course I dont lose my original intent. Wish me luck!
